အင္ၾကင္းေက်ာက္သည္ သစ္ပင္၏ ပင္စည္တြင္ ျဒပ္စင္မ်ားေနရာယူ၀င္ေရာက္မႈေၾကာင့္ အသြင္ေျပာင္းလာေသာ ေက်ာက္တစ္မ်ိဳးျဖစ္သည္။ သစ္ပင္ႀကီးမ်ား သဘာ၀ေဘးဒဏ္ေၾကာင့္ၿပိဳလဲက်ၿပီးေနာက္ ေရတိုက္စားမႈမ်ား၊ ရႊံ႕ႏြံမ်ား ဖံုးလႊမ္းကာ ေျမထုေအာက္သို႔ တျဖည္းျဖည္းက်ေရာက္သြားခဲ့သည္။ ထိုသို႔ ေျမထုေအာက္သို႔ ေရာက္သြားခဲ့ေသာ္လည္း သစ္ပင္မ်ား၏ တစ္သွ်ဴးဆဲလ္မ်ားသည္ ေသဆံုးေပ်ာက္ကြယ္ျခင္းမရွိဘဲ ထိုဆဲလ္ေပါက္ေလးမ်ားမွ တစ္ဆင့္ ၀င္ေရာက္ေနရာယူေသာ ျဒပ္စင္မ်ားႏွင့္ ေရာေႏွာေနေသာ ေရမ်ားသည္ အေငြ႕ပ်ံသြားသည့္အခါ သစ္ပင္ႀကီးမ်ား၏ ကိုယ္ထည္မ်ားအတြင္း သတၳဳျဒပ္စင္မ်ား ကြ်င္းက်န္ခဲ့သည္။ ထို႔ေနာက္ ဖိအားမ်ားေၾကာင့္ အသြင္ေျပာင္းလဲကာ ႏွစ္သန္းေပါင္းမ်ားစြာ ၾကာျမင့္သည့္အခါတြင္ ေက်ာက္အျဖစ္သို႔ ေျပာင္းလဲသြားသည္။
အင္ၾကင္းေက်ာက္ကို ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံအပါအ၀င္ အာဂ်င္တီးနား၊ ဘယ္(လ္)ဂ်ီယံ၊ ဘရာဇီး၊ ကေနဒါ၊ အီဂ်စ္၊ ျပင္သစ္၊ ထိုင္း၊ အိႏၵိယ၊ အင္ဒိုနီးရွား ႏွင့္ အေမရိက အစရွိသည့္ ႏိုင္ငံေပါင္း (၂၅) ႏိုင္ငံခန္႔တြင္သာေတြ႕ရွိႏိုင္သည္။
ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံတြင္ ေတြ႕ရွိရသည့္ အင္ၾကင္ေက်ာက္ျဖစ္ရုပ္ၾကြင္းမ်ား၏သက္တမ္းသည္ ႏွစ္ေပါင္း (၇)သန္းအထိပင္ ရွိသည္ဟု ေလ့လာေတြ႕ရွိခ်က္မ်ားတြင္ ေဖာ္ျပသည္။
အင္ၾကင္းေက်ာက္သည္ ႏွစ္သန္းေပါင္းမ်ားစြာၾကာမွ အသြင္ေျပာင္းျဖစ္ေပၚလာသည့္ေက်ာက္ျဖစ္သည့္အျပင္ သဘာ၀စြမ္းအင္မ်ားကိန္းေအာင္းေနသည့္ေက်ာက္ျဖစ္သည့္အတြက္ ကမၻာ့ေက်ာက္မ်က္ရတနာတြင္ ထင္ရွားသည္။ အင္ၾကင္းေက်ာက္သည္ သက္ရွိသစ္ပင္မွေျပာင္းလဲျဖစ္ေပၚလာသည့္အတြက္ ကိုယ္ခႏၶာတြင္က်ေရာက္ေသာ ေရာဂါမ်ားကို ကာကြယ္ေပးသည့္အျပင္ စိတ္ပိုင္းဆုိင္ရာ စြမ္းအင္မ်ား တိုးပြားေစရန္လည္း အေထာက္အကူျပဳသည္။ စိတ္တည္ၿငိမ္မႈကို ေပးစြမ္း၍ သဘာ၀ႏွင့္လူအၾကား သမမွ်တမႈကို ျဖစ္ေစသည္။ အင္ၾကင္းေက်ာက္အသားမွာ ေအးျမေသာသဘာ၀ရွိ၍ သစ္ပင္ကဲ့သို႔ပင္ အေၾကာအမွ်င္မ်ားပါရွိသည္။
Petrified Wood (Fossils Wood)
Petrified wood is the result of tree when it was fallen down and buried under the earth and replaced by the elements and silicate minerals through its tissue cells, while maintaining the wood’s original structure. The replaced elements, water and the compressions of the earth make the transformation within the living tissue cells of the tree and resulted as the stone after millions of years.
Petrified wood can be found only in (25) countries including Myanmar such as Argentina, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Egypt, France, Thailand, India, Indonesia and United States.
Geological facts show that some petrified wood sourced in Myanmar are the resulted works after over (7) millions of years.
Petrified wood is renowned in world gems market as it is the three-dimensional transformed fossil wood after several millions of years and has the natural and magical energies. Since it has been transformed from the breathing, living tree, it is said to have the power and energy of health protections for physical body and mental. It also help you calm in any emotional conditional conditions and bring you the balance between you and the mother nature. The texture of petrified wood is cold and has the surface like the consistency of the tree.
