ပုလင္းပန္းခ်ီသည္ တရုတ္ႏိုင္ငံတြင္ (၁၉) ရာစု အေစာပုိင္းမွ စတင္၍ ထြန္းကားလာသည့္ အႏုပညာရပ္တစ္ခုျဖစ္သည္။ ေရွး တရုတ္လူမ်ိဳးတို႔သည္ ေဆးရြက္ႀကီးမွဳန္႕ကို ရိုးရာေဆးအလို႔ငွာ မွီ၀ဲရန္ ပုလင္းျဖင့္ ေနရာတကာသို႔ ယူေဆာင္ေလ့ရွိရာမွ မိမိတို႔၏ ေဆးပုလင္းမ်ားကို အလွဆင္ယင္ၾကရင္း ေပၚထြက္လာေသာ အႏုပညာရပ္ျဖစ္သည္။
ပုလင္းေပၚတြင္ ပန္းခ်ီေရးဆြဲျခင္းအတတ္သည္ အျခားပန္းခ်ီပညာရပ္မ်ားႏွင့္ မကြာျခားလွေသာ္လည္း အ၀က်ဥ္းေသာ ပုလင္း၀မွ အတြင္းပိုင္း ပုလင္းနံရံတြင္ ေရးဆြဲျခင္းအတတ္သည္ ထူးျခားလွေသာ အႏုပညာဖန္တီးမွဳဟု ဆိုရမည္ျဖစ္သည္။
ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံ၏ ပထမဆံုး ပုလင္းပန္းခ်ီပညာရွင္မွာ ဦးညိဳေလး (၁၉၃၈ – ၂၀၀၇) ျဖစ္သည္။ ဦးညိဳေလးၿပီးေနာက္ အေမြဆက္ခံသည့္ ပညာရွင္မ်ားထဲမွ တစ္ဦးမွာ မႏၱေလးၿမိဳ႕ တာရဲတန္းရပ္ေန ဦးခ်စ္ျမျဖစ္သည္။ မႏၱေလးၿမိဳ႕၏ တစ္ဦးတည္းေသာ ပုလင္းပန္းခ်ီပညာရွင္လည္း ျဖစ္သည္။
ေကာင္းမြန္ေသာ ပုလင္းပန္းခ်ီလက္ရာတစ္ခု ရရွိရန္ အနည္းဆံုး တစ္ပတ္ခန္႔ အခ်ိန္ယူရ၍ အေသးစိတ္ေရးဆြဲရေသာ လက္ရာမ်ားအတြက္ ႏွစ္ပတ္ခန္႔ပင္ ၾကာျမင့္တတ္သည္။ ပုလင္းပန္းခ်ီတစ္ခုျဖစ္ေပၚလာေစရန္ အေသးစိတ္ ေရးဆြဲမွဳမ်ားကို အဆင့္ဆင့္ျပဳလုပ္ရၿပီး ျပန္လည္ျပင္ဆင္ရန္ အလြန္ခက္ခဲေသာေၾကာင့္ အမွားမျဖစ္ေစရန္ အာရံုစိုက္၍ ဖန္တီးရသည္။ ဖန္သားၾကည္လင္၍ ပါးလ်ေသာ ပုလင္းမ်ားတြင္ ေရးဆြဲျခင္းက ပိုမိုေကာင္းမြန္ၿပီး အႏုပညာလက္ရာကို ပိုမိုထင္ရွားစြာ ခံစားႏိုင္မည္ျဖစ္သည္။
ယခုအခါ ပုလင္းပန္းခ်ီပညာရပ္သည္ စတင္ထြန္းကားခဲ့ေသာ တရုတ္ႏုိင္ငံတြင္ပင္ ေတြ႕ရွိရန္ ရွားပါးသြားၿပီး အျခားေသာ အိမ္နီးခ်င္းႏုိင္ငံမ်ားတြင္လည္း ပုလင္းအျပင္ဘက္တြင္ေရးဆြဲေသာ လက္ရာမ်ားသာ အေတြ႕ရမ်ားေၾကာင္း ေဖာ္ျပခ်က္ အခ်ိဳ႕တြင္ ေတြ႕ရွိရသည္။
Bottle painting is getting to known as one of the decorative arts in China in the early 19th century. It is a kind of art came from the tradition that people in China carried snuff (powdered tobacco) bottles everywhere as the traditional medicine and decorate their bottles to denote the ownership.
Though painting on the outer body of the bottle is not very special about, inside from the narrow bottle neck is totally different and unique.
Very first bottle artist in Myanmar is U Nyo Lay (1938-2007). After U Nyo Lay, U Chit Mya from Mandalay, Tar Ye Dan district inherits. And he is also the only bottle artist in Mandalay.
A good and well painted bottle takes at least one week to work and two weeks for more details and realistic works. Creating bottle painting needs concentrated focus and stable hand works as it is almost not possible to erase or to correct later. Painting inside thin and clear bottles help better attraction and clear look for the creations inside.
Some facts show that bottle art even in China, in its origin is getting very rare to see and some those found in neighboring counties of Myanmar are mostly done outside but not inside.
